Hōpara T3 Week 2 Notices

Kia ora Whānau!    We have had an awesome week in Hōpara! This week we have really got stuck into our CHILL CLUBS, Nick and myself have loved seeing the engagement and excitement in their projects. Kia ora Whānau!  We hope you all enjoyed your holidays?! Hōpara students have returned to school with positive learning attitudes which has been awesome to see. This week we have been delving deep into our Inquiry topic "perspective", students have been asked to look at scenes which portray multiple perspectives and asked to recognise what they are and what reactions and feelings they show. This week we started our new CHILL CLUBS programme, Hōpara students had the opportunity to select a particular "club" that they felt most interested in. Wk 12 Happy Holidays!

Kia ora Whānau!    Over the last two weeks Nick, Linda and myself have thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all for learning conferences and we thank you for your enthusiasm and support for what we do at Clarkville. Although the beginning of the term was a little strange, the children came back to school positive and eager to continue with where we had left off. Lets hope next term is not so unsettled (fingers crossed).  On behalf of the Hōpara team I would like to wish everyone a wonderful two week break!
