Hōpara T2 Week 7 Notices

Kia ora Whānau

We have had a fabulous week in Hōpara! Below we have a new segment, where each week a new student will reflect on the week and what we have been up to! I hope you enjoy!

Weekly student recap!

This week Hōpara has been looking at the water cycle and looking at the Auckland drought. We watched a video to increase our understanding. We have been using jars, hot water and ice to make rain and now we're thinking of possible ways for Auckland to rain.

We have been agents of change by adapting to our new time table which is maths and literacy in the morning and then science/investigation in the middle block and chill after lunch. People's digital skills have increased by using our new website. We are also continuing with our learning log from lockdown to record our learning, this will be posted every fortnight on Seesaw.
