YES!!! We're BACK!!
Tomorrow we will finally be back in our classroom! Firstly, if we don't see you in the morning thank you for all of your support over the lockdown period, we couldn't have conducted the online learning without you. This week we will be running a programme that will focus predominantly on wellbeing, as we understand that it is going to be a big week getting back into "normal" routine.

DROPPING OFF AND PICKING UP YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN:
ALERT LEVEL 2 AT CLARKVILLE:
Juliana has informed our whole community about the Level 2 practices and procedures. If you have not seen this, please go back through your school app to find the notification. Here is the Alert Level 2 document, for your information.
COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING:
Registering for contact tracing is easy using the Clarkville School app. The Covid-19 Check-in feature can be found in the main menu.
Please ensure you have version 2.4.0 of the SchoolAppsNZ app installed on your phone. To check the version number you are on go into the side menu or search SchoolAppsNZ in the App Store / Play Store to see if there is an update required.
Here are the instructions for how to use the Covid-19 Check-in to sign in and out of school:

ABSENT FROM SCHOOL:
If your child is absent from school due to illness, we would prefer that you use the school app to record the absence (see the Absentee button on the home page). Alternatively, an email to admin@clarkville.school.nz is an option.

* Children from Hōpara with siblings in other teams will go to the YOUNGEST SIBLINGS TEAM EXIT at the end of the day - (Pool gate for those in Whakarewa and the main gate for Tūhura).
* All other Hōpara students will be released FROM THE MAIN GATE.
* We need you come to these points to get your child.
* ALL children need to bring their own NAMED water bottle - we will not be opening up drinking fountains (this is a change from the Level 2 document).
