Hōpara wk 8 Notices

Kia ora everyone!

Week 8 has been a lot of fun in Hōpara. We have been digging deep into our core learning, and learning about sentence structure and balancing algebra equations.

Aside from our normal core learning we have been working our way through the sexuality road unit and enjoying our afternoons chilling.

Below is a video from our song writing group

Thursday Code Session

Thursdays are a bit different to the rest of the week. We have Linda in class and we try to spend some time focusing on science or coding. This week it was coding, and students were asked to debug a game Mr B had made. Here are some of the picture from around the class. If you get some time please have a chat with your child about coding and get them to show you around their scratch account.
